Graham S. Garner
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Graham Garner was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Jura on April 21, 2009 after having served in this capacity on an interim basis since May of 2008. He is also a director of Jura. He joined the Corporation as Executive Vice President in 2003, was appointed to the Board in 2005, served as President from May 2005 until June 2006 and as Executive Vice President from June 2006 until May 2008. Prior to joining Jura, Mr. Garner practiced law with the firm of McCarthy Tétrault. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University, degrees in Civil and Commercial Law from McGill University, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Paul H. Rose
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Paul Rose was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Jura in January 2007. Mr. Rose, a Chartered Accountant, began his career in 1978 with Collins Barrow. He has almost 30 years of experience in public practice and with various private sector organizations involved in oil and gas exploration, production and services. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Kulczyk Oil Ventures Inc. ("KOV") pursuant to a Joint Services Agreement between Jura and KOV. Mr. Rose holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.

Michael D. Noble
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Michael Noble was appointed Vice President Exploration of Jura in December 2006. From 1999 until 2006, he was a consultant to Nemmoco Petroleum Limited, a private exploration and production company based in Dubai. Prior to 1999, Mr. Noble served as Geophysical Advisor and Exploration Manager with a number of oil companies including Conoco, Dubai Petroleum Company and Lundin Oil. Mr. Noble holds a Bachelors degree in Geology and Geophysics from Durham University and a Masters degree in Petroleum Geology from Imperial College.

Shirley J. Farr
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Shirley Farr joined Jura in June 2003 as Assistant Corporate Secretary and was appointed Corporate Secretary in August 2004. Prior to joining the Corporation, she served as an office management and administration consultant from 1998 until 2004 in various industries including oil and gas. Ms. Farr has previously served as Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary for a number of publicly traded companies. Ms. Farr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History (With Distinction) from the University of Calgary.
