Stephen C. Akerfeldt
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Stephen Akerfeldt joined the Board of Directors of Jura Energy Corporation in January 2003. He served as Chairman of the Board from 2003 until 2007 and served briefly as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. He is a director and President of Ritz Plastics Inc. as well as a director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Firstgold Corp. Previous to these positions, Mr. Akerfeldt was a business consultant to various companies. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Akerfeldt was with Magna International Inc. including a period as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was a partner with the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Akerfeldt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and became a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1970.

Timothy M. Elliott
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Tim Elliott joined Jura's Board in 2007. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Loon Energy Inc., a Canadian public company with oil and gas exploration and development projects in Brunei, Syria, Slovenia, Colombia and Peru. He was a founder of Nemmoco Petroleum Corporation in 1999 and previously served with the Lundin Group from 1987 to 1999, where he was a director and Vice President of International Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Elliott holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and has been actively involved in international oil and gas ventures since 1987.

Graham S. Garner
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Graham Garner was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Jura on April 21, 2009 after having served in this capacity on an interim basis since May of 2008. He is also a director of Jura. He joined the Corporation as Executive Vice President in 2003, was appointed to the Board in 2005, served as President from May 2005 until June 2006 and as Executive Vice President from June 2006 until May 2008. Prior to joining Jura, Mr. Garner practiced law with the firm of McCarthy Tétrault. He holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University, law degrees from McGill University, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Norman W. Holton
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Norm Holton joined Jura's Board in 2007 and served as Chairman until May 2008. He is the Executive Chairman of Loon Energy Inc., a Canadian public company with oil and gas exploration and development projects in Brunei, Syria, Slovenia, Colombia and Peru. He was founder and CEO of TUSK Energy Inc. which grew to an enterprise value of approximately C$220 million prior to its reorganization into an exploration company (TUSK Energy Corporation) and an energy trust (TKE Energy Trust). Mr. Holton has more than 35 years of varied experience in exploration geology and oil and gas management. In addition to his duties with Jura he is a director of Loon Energy Inc., TUSK Energy Corporation and The Fig Tree Foundation, a charitable foundation focused on international assistance.

Nigel R. McCue
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Nigel McCue joined the Board of Directors in April 2006 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2006 until May 2008. He is Chief Operating Officer of Dubai-based Lamprell plc, which is the world's largest refurbisher of offshore jackup drilling rigs and also provides other specialized services to the oil industry. Mr. McCue has over 30 years of experience in the upstream sector of the petroleum industry. He is a director of Nemmoco Petroleum Limited, a private exploration and production company. Prior to this he was a director and the Chief Financial Officer of Lundin Oil Plc. Nigel has also held various positions with Chevron Overseas Inc. and Gulf Oil Corporation. Mr. McCue serves on the boards of Lamprell plc, Dragon Oil Plc and Sky Petroleum Inc.

Peter Whitbread
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Peter Whitbread joined the board of Directors in March 2007. He is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Lamprell plc and has worked for the company since 1992. Lamprell is the world's largest refurbisher of offshore jackup drilling rigs and also provides other specialized services to the oil industry. Mr. Whitbread is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas services sector, with extensive experience in managing marine construction companies and in the direct project management of a wide range of major marine projects, heavy marine equipment and vessels. During his career he has held a number of other senior management positions and directorships with marine construction companies in the Middle East region.
